Za prakticiranje joge navsezadnje ne potrebuje\u0161 izjemne opreme ali obla\u010dil. V\u010dasih si denimo za tek potreboval zgolj dobre superge, danes pa si pri teku lahko nadene\u0161 vse, le kuhinjskega korita ne. Oprema ni\u00a0pomembnej\u0161a od\u00a0\u0161porta, s katerim se ukvarja\u0161.\u00a0Pri prakticiranju uporabljam le blazino z nekaj milimetrsko debelino v barvi petroleja in pisano odejo. Seveda pa lahko samo meditiram tudi pred spanjem ali na stolu ob mizi \u2013 potrebujem le tisto miselnost v moji glavi. \u010cesa sem se nau\u010dila ob izvajanju joge? Da moram biti bolj levjesr\u010dna \u2013 hrabra in odlo\u010dna, da so pozitivne misli tiste, ki \u0161tejejo. Moj najljub\u0161i polo\u017eaj v jogi (asana) je <em>Urdhva Mukha Svanasana<\/em>, ki me po\u017eivlja. S Terryjem nama je skupna ljubezen do <em>Adho Mukha Svanasane<\/em>; \u010de veste, kako se hrtki pretegujejo in priklonijo k igri, potem veste, katero asano imam v mislih. <em>Adho Mukha<\/em> pomeni sloneti z obrazom navzdol, <em>svana<\/em> pa pomeni psa. Prav tako sta mi v\u0161e\u010d asani <em>Virabhadrasana I<\/em> in <em>II<\/em>, pred kratkim pa sem poletela tudi v <em>Salabhasani<\/em> \u2013 v kobilici. K jogi me je pripeljal qi gong, tradicionalna kitajska praksa, ki tako kot joga in tai chi zdru\u017euje meditacijo z gibanjem.
